User Settings

Customize your personal preferences and account settings.

Profile Settings

Personal Information

Update your profile at SettingsProfile:

  • Name - Your display name
  • Email - Login email (may require verification to change)
  • Phone - Contact number
  • Photo - Profile picture

Changing Your Photo

  1. Click on your current photo
  2. Upload a new image
  3. Crop if needed
  4. Save

Security Settings

Change Password

  1. Go to SettingsSecurity
  2. Enter current password
  3. Enter new password
  4. Confirm new password
  5. Save
tip

Use a strong, unique password with letters, numbers, and symbols.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Add extra security:

  1. Go to SettingsSecurity2FA
  2. Choose method (app or SMS)
  3. Follow setup instructions
  4. Save backup codes

Active Sessions

See where you're logged in:

  1. Go to SettingsSecuritySessions
  2. View all active sessions
  3. Log out of sessions you don't recognize

Notification Preferences

Email Notifications

Choose what emails to receive:

  • New invoice activity
  • Payment received
  • Task assignments
  • System updates

In-App Notifications

Control pop-up notifications:

  • Enable/disable by type
  • Set quiet hours

Display Preferences

Language

Change interface language:

  1. Go to SettingsPreferences
  2. Select language
  3. Save (page reloads)

Date & Time Format

Set your preferred formats:

  • Date format (DD/MM/YYYY, MM/DD/YYYY)
  • Time format (12-hour, 24-hour)
  • First day of week

Theme

If available:

  • Light mode
  • Dark mode
  • System default

Default Settings

Set your defaults:

  • Default dashboard - What you see on login
  • List page size - How many items per page
  • Default views - Preferred list or board view

Keyboard Shortcuts

View available shortcuts:

  1. Go to SettingsPreferences
  2. View shortcut list
  3. Learn to navigate faster

Signing Out

Log out of your account:

  1. Click your profile
  2. Click Sign Out
  3. Or go to SettingsSign Out

Always sign out on shared computers.

Deleting Your Account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you need to delete your account:

  1. Contact your administrator
  2. Request account deletion
  3. Confirm the request

Data may be retained per company policy.

Tips

  • Enable 2FA for better security
  • Keep your email current for account recovery
  • Review notification settings to avoid overload
  • Update your profile photo for team recognition
