Customize your personal preferences and account settings.
Profile Settings
Personal Information
Update your profile at Settings → Profile:
- Name - Your display name
- Email - Login email (may require verification to change)
- Phone - Contact number
- Photo - Profile picture
Changing Your Photo
- Click on your current photo
- Upload a new image
- Crop if needed
- Save
Security Settings
Change Password
- Go to Settings → Security
- Enter current password
- Enter new password
- Confirm new password
- Save

Use a strong, unique password with letters, numbers, and symbols.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Add extra security:
- Go to Settings → Security → 2FA
- Choose method (app or SMS)
- Follow setup instructions
- Save backup codes
Active Sessions
See where you're logged in:
- Go to Settings → Security → Sessions
- View all active sessions
- Log out of sessions you don't recognize
Notification Preferences
Email Notifications
Choose what emails to receive:
- New invoice activity
- Payment received
- Task assignments
- System updates
In-App Notifications
Control pop-up notifications:
- Enable/disable by type
- Set quiet hours
Display Preferences
Language
Change interface language:
- Go to Settings → Preferences
- Select language
- Save (page reloads)
Date & Time Format
Set your preferred formats:
- Date format (DD/MM/YYYY, MM/DD/YYYY)
- Time format (12-hour, 24-hour)
- First day of week
Theme
If available:
- Light mode
- Dark mode
- System default
Default Settings
Set your defaults:
- Default dashboard - What you see on login
- List page size - How many items per page
- Default views - Preferred list or board view
Keyboard Shortcuts
View available shortcuts:
- Go to Settings → Preferences
- View shortcut list
- Learn to navigate faster
Signing Out
Log out of your account:
- Click your profile
- Click Sign Out
- Or go to Settings → Sign Out
Always sign out on shared computers.
Deleting Your Account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you need to delete your account:
- Contact your administrator
- Request account deletion
- Confirm the request
Data may be retained per company policy.
