Accessing Reports

Go to ReportsExpenses or Spending.

Available Reports

Expenses by Category

See spending breakdown by category:

  • Which categories cost the most
  • Percentage of total expenses
  • Comparison over time

Expenses by Date

Track spending over time:

  • Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly views
  • Spot trends and patterns
  • Compare periods

Expenses by Vendor

See who you're paying most:

  • Top vendors by amount
  • Payment history per vendor
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities

Expense Summary

Overview at a glance:

  • Total expenses this period
  • Comparison to previous period
  • Top categories

Filtering Reports

Narrow down your view:

  • Date range - Specific period
  • Category - One or more categories
  • Vendor - Specific payee
  • Payment method - How expenses were paid

Exporting Reports

Download for accounting or analysis:

  1. Generate the report
  2. Click Export or Download
  3. Choose format (PDF, CSV, Excel)

Scheduled Reports

Set up automatic report delivery:

  1. Go to report settings
  2. Choose frequency (weekly, monthly)
  3. Select recipients
