Set Up Company Details

Adding your company details makes your invoices look professional and includes required business information.

Before You Start

Have these ready:

  • Company/business name
  • Business address
  • Phone number
  • Logo (optional but recommended)
  • Tax ID or registration number (if applicable)

Steps

1. Go to Settings

Click on Settings in the left menu, then select Company Details (or Business Profile).

2. Enter Your Business Information

Fill in:

  • Company name - Your registered business name
  • Address - Your business address (appears on invoices)
  • Phone - Contact number for customers
  • Email - Business email for correspondence
  • Website (optional)

Upload your company logo. This will appear on:

  • Invoices
  • Quotes
  • Receipts
  • Email communications

Use a PNG or JPG file with a transparent or white background for best results.

4. Tax Information

If applicable, add:

  • Tax ID / VAT number
  • Tax rates you commonly use

5. Save

Click Save to apply your changes.
