Can't log in? Here's how to fix it.

I Forgot My Password

Reset Your Password

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click Forgot Password
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your email for reset link
  5. Click the link and create new password

Reset Email Not Received?

  • Check spam/junk folder
  • Wait a few minutes (can take up to 5)
  • Verify you're using the correct email
  • Try again with the correct email
  • Contact support if still not receiving

I Forgot My Email / Username

If you don't remember which email you used:

  1. Check your email accounts for "Elona CRM" messages
  2. Ask your company admin what email is registered
  3. Contact support with your company name

My Password Doesn't Work

Check These First

  • Caps Lock - Passwords are case-sensitive
  • Typos - Re-enter carefully
  • Correct email - Using the right account?
  • Copy/paste - Watch for extra spaces

Still Not Working?

Reset your password using the steps above.

Account Locked

After too many failed attempts, accounts get locked.

How to Unlock

Wait it out:

  • Wait 15-30 minutes
  • The lock expires automatically

Reset password:

  • Use Forgot Password to reset
  • This also unlocks the account

Contact admin:

  • Your admin can unlock you manually

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Issues

Lost Access to 2FA App

If you can't access your authenticator app:

  1. Use one of your backup codes
  2. Each code works once
  3. Set up 2FA again after logging in

No Backup Codes?

Contact your administrator or support to:

  1. Verify your identity
  2. Reset your 2FA
  3. Set it up again

2FA Code "Invalid"

  • Codes change every 30 seconds—enter quickly
  • Check your device time is correct
  • Time sync issues cause invalid codes

Session Expired

If you get logged out unexpectedly:

  • Most likely due to inactivity
  • Log in again
  • Consider "Remember Me" option

Account Disabled

If your account is disabled:

  • Contact your company administrator
  • They can reactivate your account
  • May need manager approval

Browser Issues

  • Google Chrome (latest)
  • Mozilla Firefox (latest)
  • Microsoft Edge (latest)
  • Safari (latest)

Browser Troubleshooting

  1. Update browser - Use latest version
  2. Clear cache - Settings → Clear browsing data
  3. Disable extensions - Some interfere with logins
  4. Try incognito mode - Tests without extensions/cache

  • Email address used
  • Error message (if any)
  • Browser and device info
  • What you've already tried
