Invoice Templates

Customize your invoices to match your brand and business needs.

Default Template​

Elona CRM provides a professional default template that includes:

  • Your company logo
  • Business details
  • Clean, modern layout
  • All required invoice information

Customizing Templates​

1. Go to Settings​

Navigate to Settings → Invoice Settings or Templates.

2. Choose a Template​

Select from available templates:

  • Classic - Traditional business layout
  • Modern - Clean, minimal design
  • Detailed - More information, ideal for complex invoices

3. Customize Elements​

Adjust these settings:

Branding​

  • Upload your logo
  • Set brand colors
  • Choose fonts

Layout​

  • Column visibility
  • Item details level
  • Footer content

Content​

  • Default payment terms
  • Standard notes/thank you message
  • Terms and conditions

4. Save​

Click Save Template to apply changes to future invoices.

Multiple Templates​

You can create multiple templates for different purposes:

  • Standard Invoice - Regular sales
  • Proforma Invoice - Quotes before purchase
  • Retail Invoice - Simplified for consumers
  • Export Invoice - Additional details for international sales

Tips​

  • Keep invoices clean and easy to read
  • Include clear payment instructions
  • Add your payment details (bank, mobile money, etc.)
  • Use consistent branding across all documents
