Add a Payment

Keep your balances accurate by logging payments as soon as they arrive.

Quick Steps

  1. Open the invoice you just created, then choose Record Payment.
  2. Enter the amount, date, and payment method (cash, bank transfer, mobile money, card).
  3. Add an optional reference (transaction ID, cheque number) and notes if needed.
  4. Save to update the invoice status and customer balance.
