Quick Steps
- Open the invoice you just created, then choose Record Payment.
- Enter the amount, date, and payment method (cash, bank transfer, mobile money, card).
- Add an optional reference (transaction ID, cheque number) and notes if needed.
- Save to update the invoice status and customer balance.
